FuelSave app for iPhone and iPad

The Application FUELSAVE display the twenty closest garages around your geo-location or search area you entered and displays current retail prices for these outlets (if available), for different fuel grades.
The colour of the price box is an indication of the price level of the specific garage. If the price is ranked cheaper than average the displayed colour is green, if the price is in the middle band the price will be in orange and the higher priced outlets will be displayed in red. As the price of Petrol is regulated in South Africa and therefore the same at all garages this is only applicable to diesel prices, all Petrol prices are displayed in Grey
On opening the Application your GPS coordinates is collected and compared to our database of Fuel Service Stations. The 20 closest stations with available prices are returned to your mobile device. These stations are indicated on a map view or on a sortable list.
Map View
The map view shows your current location as a location PIN in the colours of the South African flag.
The user must select the grade of fuel he needs information on - Unleaded95 Unleaded93, LRP or Diesel 10-50 or 100.
User can also select to only display a single Brand or display All.
The closest garages from the current geo-location are shown each with their respective company logo and the price of the selected product next to it.
List view
20 Closest garages are displayed.
The user must select the grade of fuel he needs information on - Unleaded95 Unleaded93, LRP or Diesel 10-50 or 100.
User can also select to only display a single Brand or display All.
The list can be sorted based on Name (alphabetically), Price (low to high) and Distance from you locations (near to far).

Other info
If you click on a garage the contact number and prices of all products will be displayed, a Directions tab is also displayed which will divert to your default navigation app whether Google maps or Apple maps which will direct you to the specific outlet.
A search button is also available to search fuel outlets in other areas. On completing the search click on the Location app before closing the search.
